Common questions

The shield isn't blocking my apps.

Open DoomShield → Settings → make sure App blocking is on and you've selected apps. If you were asked for Screen Time permission, it must be allowed (iOS Settings → Screen Time). Then reopen a blocked app to test.

The camera isn't counting my push-ups.

Prop your phone so the camera sees your whole body from the side, in good light. Grant camera access if prompted. Wait for the "warming up" indicator to clear before starting.

I paid but Pro isn't active.

Go to Settings → Restore purchases. If it still doesn't activate, email us with the Apple receipt and we'll sort it out.

How do I add a friend?

Open the Squad tab, tap Invite a friend to share your link, or enter a friend's 6-character code under "Add by code".

How do I delete my account and data?

Settings → Delete account, or email us. We erase your server-side data within 30 days. Uninstalling removes all on-device data.
